Q2. How to do pre-registration? What is the benefit?
A2: To facilitate visitors' quick access to COS+H, we have established in the official website a VISITOR PRE-REGISTRATION service. By filling in a registration form online, each visitor will instantly receive a unique code or e-ticket. During the exhibition, visitors should bring the code or e-ticket together with their name card to the registration counter onsite for exchanging Free Admission card. Thus, it will greatly save the time and effort for onsite registration and queuing.
How to: Find "Visitor Pre-registration" under "Visitor service" section in the website; complete the registration form by filling in basic information and answering a few questions; submit and a notice displayed in the webpage will give you the registration reference number (or an e-ticket, for quick admission during the exhibition), and instruction on visiting; meanwhile, an confirmation mail is sent to your email box, contents including your reference number (or e-ticket) for your registration, basic information, instructions on visiting.

Q5. How to settle payment?
A5: Please pay 30% participation fee as deposit within 10 working days after submission of your application form in order to secure your booth. And please fully settle the rest participation fee before 15th July, 2010.

Q6.When can I receive the invoice after payment?
A6: Invoices will be sent to exhibitors within 20 days upon full payments received.
|
|
|
Q7. Should I pay a breach penalty if I withdraw after signing participation agreement?
A7: 20% of deposit will be deducted as penalty if exhibitors withdraw before 1st June, 2010; and deposit won't be refunded after 1st June, 2010.

Q10. How to arrive at China National Convention Center?
A10:
- Distance between Capital International Airport and China National Convention Center: approx. 26 kilometer
Take Metro Line 8 or Public Bus of 83, 85, 510, 484, 913, 839, 379, 836, 628, 519, etc. and arrive at China National Convention Center.
If you are the exhibitor who stayed in the appointed hotels by us, you can take the free shuttle bus during the show period.
- Distance between Beijing Railway Station and China National Convention Center: approx. 13 kilometer

Q11. How to apply for a parking space or a parking permit inside the China National Convention Center?
A11: The parking space is charged by hours. No need to manage a parking permit.

Q13. Are there any services such as copying, printing, etc, available onsite? If yes, where to find it?
