In order to develop a leading global PPE brand which represents  our values and our leading technology in the industry, our group has changed its brand to Sperian and, accordingly, our company announced a formal change of its name from Bacou-Dalloz (China) Protective Equipment Co., Ltd. To Sperian Protection (China) Co., Ltd. on August 28, 2007.

In the past few months, we have fulfilled the procedures for the name change with the related government departments. We deeply appreciate the strong support and kind understanding you have given us during the transition period, which enabled us to devote ourselves wholeheartedly to this transition and helped speed up the process.
